I can't understand people whoo want and need a "Lord", or "King", or "Savior". That assumes that somehow, you're less than others, and need to be "saved"; saved from what? I haven't done anything wrong. Religion has been the worst concept that mankind ever invented, and cause more human suffering than any "natural" event. You have one life to live, and it's close to a statistical miracle that you made it to being "alive", and don't waist your time trying to be 'saved", or trying to line up your place in some eternal life. It's not there, and don't waist your time seeking it.

Religion is not in decline, it is only in doubt. We'll probably get a new one in the next century or two.

religion may be in decline but the legal and moral structures that were originally based upon religious teachings are still there, so the rich are still protected.
