By submitting a picture ("Work") to Written on the City, you grant Written on the City a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to that information at its sole discretion, including storing it on Written on the City servers and incorporating it in other works in any media, product, or service now known or later developed including, without limitation, published books.

You may only submit your own original Work to Written on the City. You will be credited for all Works submitted with the name in which you submit the Work. By submitting the Work, you are warranting that the Work is your own photograph, and that the Work does not consist of another's person or entity's protected, copyrighted work.

If you do not wish to grant Written on the City these rights or agree to the above warranties, it is recommended that you do not submit information to this website. Written on the City reserves the right to select, edit, and arrange submissions, and to remove information from Written on the City website at any time at its sole discretion. No image or content from this site may be used for any purpose without expressed written authorization.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you register to use this website, we will ask you to provide personal information. Personal information submitted to Written on the City will NOT be shared without your permission. Your name or pseudonym will appear with your submissions. If you opt-in to our email newsletter, we will contact you from time to time via email with updates about Written on the City and other news.
